I began playing with cameras and image making as an adolescent and never stopped.
From my training and teaching in Italian Literature and the Humanities, memory, myth, nostalgia,
and mere beauty in the mundane have fascinated me, and continue to inform my photographic expression.
In various photographic series, I explore family narratives, changing perspectives, and the fragility of life.
I have been a member of the Bay Area Photographers Collective for fifteen years,
and I am fortunate to have shared and exhibited my work nationally and internationally,
in galleries and online exhibits, and in various publications, most recently in Lenscratch, LensWork
and Seeing In SIXES.
